Position : Network Engineer (IT Support)

Education : Any Graduate

Experience : 02 - 08 years

Location : Vasai Road (East) (Western Line)

Interview Format : In-person Interview @ Vasai location.

Job Profile

• Provide Level 2 support for network-related incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
• LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, and Internet connectivity
• Cisco switches, Fortigate firewalls
• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity
• Perform configuration changes and network maintenance activities
• Support firewalls and security appliances (Rule creation/changes, SD-WAN, NAT, VPN)
• Analyse logs, packet captures, and network alerts.
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and L3/network architects.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes .
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Support DR activities and planned network upgrades

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, DNS, DHCP, NAT.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco / Fortinet/Aruba devices .
• Experience with routing & switching (VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP Advance).
• Firewall troubleshooting experience (Fort iGATE, Cisco etc.).
• Experience with ticketing systems (Service Now, Remedy, JIRA).
• Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA)
