THE ROLE

Work closely with the leadership team to build and scale data science capabilities. This role requires ownership, adaptability, and the ability to evolve systems from early-stage execution to scalable processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Model Development &

• Deployment :
• Algorithm design & model optimization
• Production deployment & system integration
• Model monitoring & performance tracking
• Technical leadership & strategic projects

Analytics &

• Insights :
• Statistical analysis & hypothesis testing
• Advanced machine learning (ML, AI, Python and other technologies)
• End-to-end project lifecycle management
• Stakeholder communication & insight presentation

WHAT YOU BRING

Essential Experience

• 4 - 5 years in data science in fast-paced environments
• Proven machine learning implementation success
• Strong statistical modelling &
• ML expertise
• Executive presence & founder collaboration ability
• Exceptional multi-tasking under pressure
