Role Title -National Account Manager (Corporate Sales)

Role Summary -

For this strategic hire, we are looking for a commercial professional with deep enterprise sales experience in the Manufacturing & Engineering Sectors (e.g., manufacturing, heavy engineering, industrial goods, FMCG manufacturing) In the manufacturing world, workforce health is directly tied to operational uptime, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety.

We are looking for a corporate sales champion with a mandatory background in the BFSI Sector (Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Enterprise Insurance, or FinTech). Having understanding of how to navigate highly regulated corporate structures, manage premium white-collar accounts, and sell abstract value propositions (like risk management and wellness) to meticulous finance and HR executives.

While this is a diagnostic/healthcare company, our corporate buyers (HR heads, procurement leads, and CXOs) require a strategic partner who understands large scale complex contract negotiations, high-value asset deployments, and multi layered stakeholder management Working with Ability to navigate large corporate hierarchies, manage long sales cycles, and close big deals in the automotive landscape.

Education Requirement

Essential - Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
