Prior agency experience is a plus

Budget: 12k-15k (may differ based on agency background experience previously)

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic trainee who is passionate about graphic design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling for digital platforms and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, banners, and digital marketing collaterals.
• Create motion graphics, animated posts, and short-form visual content.
• Assist in developing creative concepts for brand campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Work on video edits, typography animations, and basic transitions.
• Collaborate with content, social media, and production teams.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and motion graphics styles.

Requirements

• Knowledge of AI + Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Understanding of layouts, typography, colors, animation, and visual composition.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design or motion graphics projects is a plus.
