Responsibilites

• Edit complete lessons in the approved sequence: context, lesson outline, concepts, illustrations and case studies, revision, and previous-year questions. Follow sentence-level board cues and the assigned runtime.
• Composite AI tutor and student avatars with classroom backgrounds and a prominent smart-board. Keep the board unobstructed, with the tutor to one side, and maintain consistent appearance, colour and framing.
• Synchronise supplied narration, board reveals and student responses. Match tablet-writing and avatar gaze to board actions; keep turns, walking and writing within the silent intervals specified in the storyboard.
• Build 2D educational visuals, including writing reveals, scribbles, tables, schematic diagrams, mind maps, highlights, slides and explanatory animations. Keep text and diagrams readable at normal playback size.
• Integrate illustrations and real-situation footage where the storyboard requires them. Use full-screen views, zooms and transitions to clarify the explanation.
• Produce English and Hindi versions using the approved language-specific scripts and board text. Handle Devanagari fonts, equations, scientific labels and units accurately.
• Clean and balance narration audio, check synchronisation and inspect exports for visual defects. Flag content or diagram inconsistencies to the content team for resolution.
• Implement consolidated review comments, maintain clear version names and update production progress. Deliver assigned modules and revisions against the agreed production calendar.
• Hand over organised editable files in .prproj, .aep, .ai and .psd formats, with linked assets and documented fonts and dependencies. Keep project content and client information confidential.

Required Skills

• Strong practical proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Demonstrated ability in 2D motion graphics, compositing, keying, masking and animation timing.
• Ability to follow detailed scripts, scene IDs, timecodes and visual instructions while maintaining continuity across longer videos.
• Comfort reading and checking supplied English and Hindi on-screen text, including Devanagari typography and mathematical notation.
• Competence in dialogue editing, audio levels, colour matching, export settings and quality checks.
• Reliable project organisation, clear communication and the ability to work with writers, subject reviewers and other production staff.

Preferred Experience

• Educational, training, explainer or competitive-exam videos, especially complete lessons rather than only short promotional edits.
• AI avatar, lip-sync and AI video generation workflows, including evaluating outputs and maintaining character consistency.
• Reusable After Effects compositions, templates and shared asset systems for a series of modules.
• Familiarity with school-level Mathematics and Science, helping you recognise visual inconsistencies and raise them with the content team.
