MongoDB Database Administrator

We are seeking a skilled MongoDB Database Administrator to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing MongoDB databases, ensuring high availability and performance. As a MongoDB DBA, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of MongoDB clusters, as well as implementing backup and recovery strategies to safeguard our data. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain MongoDB databases, ensuring optimal performance and availability. - Perform installation and upgrades of MongoDB instances, ensuring minimal downtime. - Monitor database performance and implement necessary optimizations. - Manage replication and sharding to ensure data redundancy and scalability. - Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans to protect data integrity. - Collaborate with development teams to support database-related queries and performance tuning. - Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner. Required Skills: - Proficiency in MongoDB database management and administration. - Experience with MongoDB cluster management, backup recovery, and disaster recovery. - Strong understanding of MongoDB installation and upgrade processes. - Knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques for database performance. - Familiarity with replication and sharding concepts in MongoDB. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
