Molding Machine Operator

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Molding Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting molding machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines (injection/blow/compression, as applicable) according to standard operating procedures
• Set up machines, including mold changes, parameter settings, and calibration
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults to the supervisor
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification
• 3–5 years of experience in molding machine operation (preferred)
• Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Ability to work in a team and meet production targets

Working Conditions

• Shift: Day shift (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Work environment: Manufacturing
• May require standing for long periods and handling machinery

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
