As a Mobile App Developer at our company, you will be responsible for the following:- Developing and maintaining mobile apps for Android and iOS using React Ensuring seamless user experiences and intuitive interactions through UX design principles.- Implementing accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) for inclusive and accessible apps.- Leading and mentoring a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance.- Managing the mobile solution lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and maintenance.- Conducting code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing app performance.- Staying updated on mobile development trends and advancements.- Collaborating with backend developers, designers, and product managers.- Performing app updates and ensuring compatibility with the latest OS versions.- Staying informed about emerging technologies impacting mobile development.Qualifications required for this role include:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (4 years of education).- 8 years of experience in React Native mobile app development for Android and iOS.- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React, and React Native framework.- Experience leading and managing a team of mobile developers.- Understanding of UX design principles and creating intuitive interfaces.- Familiarity with accessibility standards, like WCAG, for inclusive apps.- Proficiency in debugging, performance optimization, and upgrades/bug fixes.- Up-to-date knowledge of mobile development trends and technologies.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.- Agile development experience is a plus.- Portfolio showcasing past mobile app projects is desirable.
