Job Description

Xiaomi is looking for Mobile Salesmen with 1-3 years of experience in retail or counter sales. As a Mobile Salesman, you'll interact with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, sell products, and promote additional products and services. Achieving sales targets is a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers visiting the store and assist them in selecting the right mobile products.
• Understand customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable products and services.
• Effectively demonstrate product features and benefits to encourage sales.
• Up-sell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets set by the company.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of 12th pass.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail or counter sales, preferably in the mobile industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of mobile products and technology.
• Willingness to work a six-day week from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
