Key skills

• Strong hands-on Flutter, Dart experience ( 5 to 10 years of exp.)
• Scalable mobile architecture and production app ownership
• Offline functionality, data sync and unreliable-network handling
• API integration and real-time data flows
• Performance optimization, unit/widget/integration testing and CI/CD
• Technical leadership and engineer mentoring

Good to have: iOS/Android fundamentals and experience integrating AI-driven capabilities. Own mobile architecture, engineering standards and reliable delivery while working closely with product, design and backend teams.
