Mobile Application Developer

We are looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer with 3–5 years of experience to lead the development of our high-performance customer-facing fintech mobile application. In this role, you will own the mobile ecosystem, converting complex financial workflows into sleek, native-performing Android and iOS experiences using Flutter. You will work closely with our backend teams to integrate high-security APIs and ensure a seamless transactional experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities - Complex App Architecture: Design, build, and maintain high-fidelity, complex mobile applications from scratch using Flutter.

• Robust API Integration: Seamlessly integrate complex backend APIs (Node.js/NestJS/Laravel) for real-time data syncing, user authentication, and transaction handling.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure smooth 60fps performance, minimize app size, manage offline data storage, and optimize rendering loops for complex UI/UX designs.
• Fintech Security: Implement secure mobile practices including biometric authentication (FaceID/Fingerprint), secure storage for local keys, SSL pinning, and data encryption.
• State Management: Utilize structured architectural patterns (like BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider) to handle deep and state-heavy customer workflows.
• App Store Deployment: Manage the complete end-to-end publishing pipeline for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store, handling code signing, provisioning profiles, and beta testing tools (TestFlight).

Required Skills & Qualifications - Flutter Mastery: 3+ years of professional experience building and delivering production-ready, feature-rich mobile apps using Flutter & Dart.

• Advanced API Consumption: Deep expertise in handling complex RESTful or GraphQL endpoints, handling network caching, custom interceptors, and web sockets.
• UI/UX Precision: Exceptional ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive responsive layouts across various screen sizes.
• Native Bridge Knowledge: Basic understanding of native platforms (Android/Kotlin/Java or iOS/Swift) to write platform-specific code via MethodChannels when necessary.
• DevOps & Tools: Experience with Git, mobile analytics (Firebase, Mixpanel), crash reporting tools (Crashlytics), and CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
