Mobile App User Acquisition Specialist Bengaluru

Role Overview: We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in mobile app user acquisition. You will own paid acquisition channels across Google, Meta, and Affiliate networks in the Indian market, managing campaign budgets, tracking in-app events, and building explicit reporting structures. Key Responsibilities: ● Campaign Execution: Plan, run, and scale paid app acquisition campaigns on Google App Campaigns, Meta Ads Manager,Shopping and Catalogue and Affiliate / Ad Networks ● Budget & Optimization: Manage monthly performance budgets to optimize CAC and ROAS ● Event Tracking & MarTech: Partner with product/tech teams to set up, test, and debug in-app event tracking, postbacks, and attribution using MMPs ● Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain daily/weekly performance dashboards to analyze conversion funnels Requirements: ● 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a primary focus on mobile app acquisition. ● Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Affiliate Marketing. ● Robust analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and MMPs ● Deep understanding of in-app event mechanics, attribution models, and conversion funnel tracking. Nice to Have: ● Prior experience in the Fintech domain ● Agency Background with Ecommerce experience
