Mobile App UI/UX Designer

The role

We're looking for a Mobile App UI/UX Designer to design the apps we build and ship on Android and iOS. You'll own the full design of our apps, from user flows and wireframes to polished, developer-ready screens. You'll also create everything our apps need to launch on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including app icons, store screenshots, and feature graphics. This role is focused entirely on mobile apps.

App UI/UX Design

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens for Android and iOS apps
• Follow platform guidelines: Material Design for Android and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines for iOS
• Design layouts that work across small phones, large phones, and tablets
• Build interactive prototypes in Figma to show how screens and flows work
• Design onboarding, splash screens, empty states, error states, and loading states
• Create and maintain a design system of colors, typography, icons, and reusable components
• Hand off developer-ready designs with clear specs and exported assets to our Flutter developers
• Improve designs based on user feedback, app reviews, and usability testing

App Store & Brand Assets

• Design app icons for Android (including adaptive icons) and iOS
• Create Google Play Store and Apple App Store screenshots that clearly present each app's key features
• Design the Google Play feature graphic and other store listing graphics
• Prepare all store assets in the exact sizes and formats required by Google Play and the App Store
• Update store graphics and screenshots for new releases and feature updates

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in mobile app UI/UX design. Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome
• A portfolio showing mobile app designs. College, personal, or freelance projects all count
• Strong working knowledge of Figma
• Good understanding of Material Design and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or similar tools, for icons and store graphics
• A good eye for layout, typography, color, and visual detail
• Clear communication and openness to feedback

Nice to Have

• Designed an app that is live on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• Experience with Figma Auto Layout, components, and variants
• Basic motion design or micro-interaction skills (e.g. Figma prototyping or Lottie)
• Basic understanding of how Flutter builds layouts, so designs are practical to develop
• Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO) basics for store screenshots and listings
