Mobile App Testing

You will own the quality assurance process for Android and iOS applications, focusing on both manual and automated testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute detailed test cases to validate application functionality across mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Java to ensure consistent regression testing.
• Capture, analyze, and diagnose logs to investigate application crashes and performance issues.
• Perform API testing to verify backend integration and data integrity.
• Track, report, and manage bugs using standard tracking tools, ensuring clear and actionable bug reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application testing.
• Proficiency in Java for writing automation scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Android Debug Bridge (ADB) commands.
• Experience testing on physical devices, simulators, and emulators.
• Practical knowledge of JIRA, Zephyr, Test Link, and Confluence for test management.
• Ability to write clear, actionable bug reports and manage bug tracking workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of performance, load, and stress testing methodologies.
