COMPANY INTRODUCTION StrategicERP IT solutions are developed to provide end-to-end process automation and an information management system with tremendous customization for the Real Estate and Manufacturing Industry We have a total employment of 250 and we are dealing with 600 clients as of now We have Head Office In Mumbai and other branches include Delhi Ahmedabad Bangalore Pune and Hyderabad Company Website Position Mobile App Support Executive Job Responsibilities Interact with users to understand issues they face with the mobile app Identify root causes and document the problems clearly Coordinate with the app development team to explain issues and track fixes Test the app after updates to ensure everything is functioning as expected Prepare easy release notes before each app update Learn and understand the StrategicERP product to perform effective RCA Root Cause Analysis Ideal Candidate Profile Local Mumbai-based candidate Background in Engineering IT Technical fields Basic understanding of Android apps and APIs Logical thinker with a methodical approach to testing and troubleshooting Strong communication skills to interact with both users and developers Proactive curious and capable of taking initiative without waiting for directions Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 8104583048
