About the Role We are looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer with expertise in either Native Android Kotlin Java or Native iOS Swift Objective-C along with strong experience in Flutter for cross-platform development The candidate should be able to integrate APIs work closely with backend teams perform requirement analysis task estimation and implement in-app purchase systems The ideal candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality mobile applications while mentoring junior developers Key Responsibilities Design and develop mobile applications using Flutter Native Android or Native iOS Collaborate with backend teams to understand and integrate APIs Perform requirement analysis and provide accurate task estimations Implement and manage in-app purchase integrations Work on dedicated projects and ensure timely delivery Review pull requests PRs and enforce best coding practices Assist and mentor junior developers with their tasks and problem-solving Work closely with UI UX designers to deliver user-friendly applications Ensure app performance responsiveness and reliability Publish applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and tools Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in Computer Science IT or related field 3 years of mobile app development experience with either Native Android or Native iOS Strong hands-on experience in Flutter for cross-platform development Experience with in-app purchase integration for Android and iOS apps Good understanding of REST APIs and ability to work with backend teams Experience with requirement analysis and task estimation Strong debugging performance optimization and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Git GitHub CI CD pipelines and Agile methodology Knowledge of publishing apps to Play Store and App Store Good to Have Experience with Firebase GraphQL and push notifications Hands-on with payment gateways and analytics integration Exposure to cloud platforms AWS GCP Azure Prior experience in leading small mobile development teams
