About the Role

Avadeti Media is looking for a motivated and adaptable Mobile App Developer and Graphic Designer to join our technology team.

The role involves working across the development lifecycle, including React Native mobile applications, React websites, Node.js backend services, REST APIs, databases, deployment, AI-assisted development, and UI/UX implementation. Designing Social Media Creatives using Figma, Developing react websites.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or early-career developer who wants hands-on experience building and deploying real-world products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve mobile applications using React Native.
• Develop responsive websites and web applications using React.
• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.
• Integrate APIs, databases, authentication, and third-party services.
• Build reusable and maintainable frontend components.
• Debug and resolve mobile, web, backend, API, database, and deployment issues.
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and different devices/screen sizes.
• Work with Git/GitHub, branches, pull requests, and collaborative development workflows.
• Manage application builds, hosting, environment configuration, and production deployments.
• Work with cloud and third-party services as required.
• Participate in testing, code reviews, feature planning, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate UI/UX designs into functional applications.
• Convert Figma and Canva designs into responsive, pixel-perfect mobile and web interfaces.
• Ensure consistency in layouts, spacing, typography, colors, and overall user experience.
• Use Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, and other AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency.
• Research and learn new technologies based on project requirements.

Requirements

• 6 Months – 2 Years of experience; strong freshers with projects or internships are welcome.
• Hands-on experience with React Native and React.
• Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Basic knowledge of Node.js and backend development.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, databases, and authentication.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Understanding of responsive web and mobile development.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies independently.

UI/UX & Design Requirements

• Basic to intermediate understanding of UI/UX principles and modern design trends.
• Proficiency in Figma and Canva.
• Ability to understand and work with wireframes, user flows, design systems, and interactive prototypes.
• Strong attention to detail in implementing layouts, spacing, typography, colors, and responsiveness.
• Ability to convert designs into clean, user-friendly, and production-ready interfaces.
• Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.

• The ideal candidate should be able to take a requirement and contribute across mobile, web, backend, UI implementation, API integration, and deployment. They should have a good understanding of UI/UX principles, be comfortable working with Figma and Canva, and be capable of translating designs into polished, responsive, and user-friendly applications while maintaining design consistency and attention to detail.
