ML Engineer/Developer (Prabhadevi)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize robust ETL pipelines using Python (Pandas, NumPy).
• Clean, structure, and ingest complex datasets from multiple energy-sector and regulatory

sources.

• Support the implementation and optimization of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

workflows and Vector Databases (e.g., Neo4j).

• Collaborate with the Tech Lead and ML Engineers to integrate and deploy machine

learning models.

• Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Contribute to improving internal data processes and development best practices.

Reporting

This position reports directly to the Tech Lead and works closely with the Lead ML Engineer.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• 3–5 years of skilled experience in Python development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, LLM APIs, and Vector Databases.
• Experience using Git and familiarity with CI/CD fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Exposure graph databases and knowledge-graph concepts.
• Hands-on exposure to collaborating with US and UK teams in a global work environment is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with large, complex, or regulated datasets.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
