We are looking for Middleware Integration Engineer (Workato Oracle CPQ)as a Full Time for our IT Company.

Primary skills

Integration / middleware engineering with Workato and/or Informatica

API-led integration design, event-driven patterns (webhooks, message queues), API versioning

Middleware error handling - retry/backoff, dead-letter handling, alerting on failed syncs

Oracle Fusion and Oracle CPQ integration - order, subscription, billing and quoting data flows

Contact-center integration - NICE CXone (CCaaS) or equivalent contact-center platform integration

Event-driven orchestration across CRM, CPQ, ERP and payment systems

Secondary skills (strongly preferred / desirable)

Managed file transfer - Akamai and/or WinSCP (SFTP/secure file transfer) integration

Middleware AI use cases - applying AI within integration/orchestration flows (e.g. intelligent routing, exception triage, enrichment)

Monitoring and observability design for integration pipelines
