Mid-Level Designer — Branding & Graphic Design

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Designer to join our Branding & Graphic Design team at Lollypop. This is for someone who enjoys turning ideas and briefs into thoughtful visual communication — someone who is comfortable working across branding, campaigns, and visual systems and is excited to grow through challenging design problems.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Work on branding projects including brand identities, campaigns, visual systems, and communication design
• Translate briefs and business requirements into strong visual concepts and design solutions
• Develop design concepts from initial exploration through to final execution
• Collaborate with senior designers, creative teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality work
• Create presentations and clearly communicate your design thinking and rationale
• Maintain consistency and quality across brand and visual communication projects
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to the team’s creative thinking
• Stay curious about design trends, tools, and evolving visual communication practices

Who We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in branding, graphic design, visual communication, or a related agency environment
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design, creative thinking, and problem-solving
• Good understanding of branding, typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual systems
• Ability to take a brief and independently develop concepts and design directions
• Comfortable presenting and explaining your design decisions
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute, and grow
