Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Hyderabad-Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong experience in PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls and custom UI components.
• Design and implement CRM integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
• Configure and customize Dynamics entities, workflows, business rules, forms, and views.
• Work with Power Platform components such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Participate in technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot performance and integration issues and provide scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Good experience developing PCF controls using TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations and APIs.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Azure integration services.
• Understanding of CRM data models, security roles, workflows, and solution management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have: Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications and experience working on enterprise-scale CRM implementations.
