Job Overview

We are looking for a

hands-on Performance Marketing Executive

with proven experience in

Google Ads and Meta Ads

. The candidate should have practical experience in lead generation, conversion campaigns, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize

Google Ads & Meta Ads

campaigns.

• Manage lead generation and conversion campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
• Monitor

CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversions, and ROI

.

• Optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce cost per lead.
• A/B test ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Manage advertising budgets and prepare campaign performance reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Experience managing

lead generation and conversion campaigns

.

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Good understanding of campaign metrics, optimization, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
