Meta Ads Expert (Performance Marketing)

Own Meta Ads performance on Facebook and Instagram: plan, test and scale campaigns that bring qualified leads at a healthy CPL and ROAS. We want someone who can explain why a campaign works or doesn't, which audience to scale, which creative to kill and when to stop spending. Hybrid role in Indore.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch and optimise lead-gen, conversion and retargeting campaigns
• Build cold, lookalike, custom and retargeting audiences
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and placements
• Set up Meta Pixel, Conversions API and conversion tracking
• Manage budgets and report CTR, CPL, CPA and ROAS to management and clients
• Work with the creative team on high-performing ad creatives

What we're looking for

• 3+ years hands-on with Meta Ads Manager
• Proven results managing significant budgets
• Strong grasp of funnels, attribution and tracking
• Analytical, independent problem-solver with good reporting skills

Nice to have: Meta Blueprint, GA4/GTM, B2B or high-ticket lead gen, Gulf/international markets.
