MERN Full-Stack Developer – Scalable Projects

About the Role

We’re looking for a MERN Full-Stack Developer who has experience handling client-facing projects end-to-end and can take ownership from requirement understanding to development, deployment, and ongoing delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, understands scalable application development, and can confidently communicate with clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack
• Work on client projects from requirement gathering to development, testing, deployment, and support
• Translate business requirements into clean, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions
• Build responsive and high-performance applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
• Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs
• Work with databases, authentication, integrations, and application architecture
• Debug, optimize, and improve existing applications for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA, project managers, and other developers
• Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards
• Communicate directly with clients when required to understand requirements, provide updates, and resolve technical queries
• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver within agreed timelines
• Handle multiple priorities while maintaining code quality and project standards

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of professional experience in MERN Full-Stack Development
• Strong hands-on experience with, client related projects, ownership end to end.
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• REST APIs
• Proven experience handling client-service projects end-to-end
• Experience taking ownership of features/modules/projects rather than working only on isolated development tasks
• Good understanding of scalable application architecture, performance optimization, and clean coding practices
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and explain technical concepts clearly
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
