Job Description

We are looking for a MERN Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

You will work on real-time features such as chat, notifications, voice/video calls, and live streaming while collaborating with our Flutter mobile development and UI/UX teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• Build and optimize APIs for real-time features including chat, notifications, voice/video calls, and live streaming.
• Work with Flutter developers for seamless web and mobile integration.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Optimize backend systems for high concurrency, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to deliver smooth and engaging user experiences.
• Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud storage, and AI/ML services.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of React.js, Hooks, Context API, and Redux.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and the MERN stack.
• Experience with WebSockets / Socket.IO for real-time applications.
• Knowledge of AWS or DigitalOcean and cloud deployments.
• Experience with NoSQL database design and optimization.
• Understanding of web application security best practices.

Good to Have

• Experience with microservices or modular architecture.
• Knowledge of Redis and CDN-based caching.
• Experience working on social networking, streaming, or large-scale applications.
• Exposure to AI/ML integration or AR/VR APIs.
