Mep Quantity Surveyor

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, particularly in interior projects. As an MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems in interior projects, including materials, labor, and overheads.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to assist in project planning and budgeting.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and expenditures, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluate bids from contractors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in MEP installations.
• Maintain accurate records of all project-related documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
