MEP Project Director

We're looking for an experienced MEP Project Director with a proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial, hyperscale datacenter, or other mission-critical infrastructure projects.

Your Impact

As MEP Project Director, you will lead the successful execution of mission-critical infrastructure projects by:

• Leading the end-to-end execution and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, Fire Fighting, and associated critical building systems.
• Driving complete site execution while ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, project drawings, and Tier III/Tier IV standards.
• Leading multidisciplinary engineering and site teams, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, safety, and execution excellence.
• Collaborating with consultants, PMCs, OEMs, contractors, vendors, and customer teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Overseeing project planning, progress reviews, technical issue resolution, risk mitigation, QA/QC, testing, commissioning, and successful project handovers.
• Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Who We're Looking For

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in MEP project execution and leadership.
• Proven experience delivering hyperscale datacenters, commercial buildings, IT parks, or other mission-critical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of Tier III/Tier IV datacenter standards, modern building systems, and engineering best practices.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
