Medical Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Medical Representative to promote company products and drive sales in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily chemist, stockist, and market visits and maintain proper territory coverage.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with chemists, stockists, and distributors.
• Generate orders, follow up on deliveries and outstanding payments.
• Execute company promotional activities and schemes effectively.
• Monitor stock, near-expiry products, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Submit daily calls, expenses, sales reports, and market feedback accurately and on time.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities within the territory.
• Follow approved tour plans, company policies, and instructions from the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Pharma, Healthcare, or FMCG field-sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
