MyDoctor is a Doctor-led healthcare technology company in India and the United States. We make clinic and hospital management software, and we also run our own clinical, billing and tax services for the clinics and hospitals that use it. Our team sets the software up for every client, so doctors get a system that works from the first day.

The role

We are hiring a Medical Representative in Delhi NCR to bring MyDoctor to clinics and small hospitals. You will meet doctors and clinic managers, show them the software in a short walkthrough and help them get started. This is one of our first sales roles, and you will work closely with our founder.

What you will do

• Meet doctors and clinic managers at their clinics. Most meetings are booked for you by our calling team and by email.
• Give 10-minute walkthroughs on the real software.
• Follow up after every visit and close the sale together with our founder.
• Keep your visits and follow-ups up to date in the MyDoctor app.
• Report your numbers every week: visits, walkthroughs, follow-ups and paying clients.
• Tell us what doctors ask for, so we keep making the product better.

What you need

• 1 to 5 years of selling to doctors: as a medical representative, or in pharma, healthcare or software sales.
• Fluent English, and Hindi.
• Your own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
• Comfort using a phone app every day.
• A friendly, honest way of talking with doctors and their staff.

Location and travel

This is a field role in Delhi NCR. On most working days you visit clinics in your part of the city on your own two-wheeler. Team reviews are by video.
