Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of automotive components, mechanical parts and raw materials.
• Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Compare supplier quotations and select cost-effective sourcing options.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and Engineering teams.
• Review BOMs and engineering drawings to understand material requirements.
• Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation and procurement reports.
• Monitor supplier performance, material availability and delivery timelines.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and procurement optimization.
