Job Title: Junior Mechanical Engineer Experience: Fresher Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Department: Production & Assembly Job Responsibilities:  Assist in mechanical assembly of packaging machines.  Support machine fabrication, fitting, installation, and testing activities.  Read and understand mechanical drawings and assembly diagrams.  Coordinate with design and production teams for machine development.  Assist in quality checks, troubleshooting, and machine trials.  Learn machine alignment, component fitting, and industrial automation systems. Required Skills:  Basic knowledge of mechanical components, tools, and manufacturing processes.  Ability to read engineering drawings.  Interest in machine manufacturing and industrial automation.  Willingness to learn and work in a production environment.  Good teamwork and problem-solving abiliti
