Material Compliance Lead

We are seeking a skilled Material Compliance Lead to join our team, focusing on ensuring compliance with international material regulations such as IMDS, REACH, and RoHS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in material data management and a deep understanding of automotive materials and polymer chemistry. As a Material Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance processes, leading a team of professionals, and collaborating with various departments to ensure that all materials used in our products meet regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the material compliance team to ensure adherence to IMDS, REACH, and RoHS regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective material data management.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to assess and validate materials for compliance.
• Conduct training sessions for team members and stakeholders on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Monitor changes in regulations and update compliance processes accordingly.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to management and stakeholders.
