Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Person role based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying potential markets and clients, conducting market research, and supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies. The Marketing Person will manage day-to-day sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups. Responsibilities include preparing presentations and proposals, coordinating with internal teams to respond to client requirements, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and opportunities. The role also focuses on delivering consistent customer service, gathering feedback, and helping strengthen the company’s brand presence in the engineering sector.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze market trends and support planning of promotional activities.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing opportunities in alignment with business objectives.
• Basic understanding of engineering or industrial products and services is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
