Duration: 6 month

Stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 per month

Role Overview

As a Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager at AICamp, you will take a lead role in the development and execution of our marketing strategy across social media, partnerships, and content creation. This role will require you to manage and guide the marketing team, support the content team with ideas and strategy, and conduct market and competitor analysis. Your contributions will shape how AICamp’s marketing initiatives drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across key channels such as social media, partnerships, and collaborations.

Team Collaboration & Guidance

• Support the social media and content teams by providing strategic input, creative direction, and feedback to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Content Strategy Support

• Help the content team develop ideas and strategies for impactful content that resonates with the target audience.

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct research to analyze market trends and competitors, providing actionable insights to improve AICamp’s positioning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and inform marketing strategies across departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, particularly within B2B SaaS (preferred).
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Experience in leading marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including social media and partnerships.
• Ability to provide creative direction and support to the content team.
• Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes.
