Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kim. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that promote Paramount Looms’ products and brand within the textile industry. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, coordinating with the sales team on campaigns, and developing marketing strategies to expand market reach. The Marketing Specialist will create and manage marketing materials, support customer communication, and assist in organizing trade events or product demonstrations. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and measurable campaign performance is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in Market Research to gather, analyze, and interpret industry and customer insights.
• Background in Sales to support lead generation, conversion activities, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Ability to develop and execute Marketing Strategy aligned with business goals.
• Relevant experience in industrial or textile sector marketing is an advantage.
• Proficiency with basic digital marketing tools and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work on-site in Kim, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
