Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Coimbatore. The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns, support brand-building initiatives, and coordinate promotional activities across relevant channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, collaborating with sales and customer service teams, and preparing marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and presentations. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and suggesting improvements to marketing strategy. The Marketing Specialist will also participate in local events or customer meetings as needed to strengthen market presence and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Market Research, including gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data on customers, competitors, and trends.
• Experience in Marketing Strategy development, campaign planning, and basic marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with Sales processes and alignment of marketing activities to support revenue goals.
• Customer Service skills to engage with clients professionally and support a positive customer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Coimbatore and managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, demonstrate initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
