Role Description

As a full-time Marketing Project Manager based on-site in Thane, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects across digital marketing and branding initiatives. You will manage project timelines and resources, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and align with client and internal objectives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication among stakeholders, tracking milestones, and proactively resolving risks and issues. You will collaborate with strategists, designers, and technologists to align project plans with marketing strategies, report on progress and performance, and optimize processes for efficiency and impact.

This role requires hands-on ownership of multiple concurrent projects, a strong focus on outcomes, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing agency or consultancy.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Basic to good knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Thane in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and creative environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to project execution.

Salary & Preferences

• Salary Budget: Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
• Candidates residing in Thane or nearby locations will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
