Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly proactive Project Manager to drive execution across all marketing initiatives. This role will act as the central owner for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects end-to-end including website, campaigns, social media, and asset pipelines. This is an execution-first role requiring someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, align teams, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

• Take complete ownership of marketing projects from ideation to execution and final delivery
• Manage website roadmap, updates, and iterations, ensure UX, content, and timelines are aligned before launch
• Act as the central point of contact for all marketing-related initiatives
• Represent the marketing team with excellent communication and strong screen presence across stakeholder interactions, presentations, and internal/external discussions
• Manage and track multiple ongoing initiatives such as campaigns, social media deliverables, and asset creation
• Collaborate closely with content and design teams to refine messaging, structure, and overall output quality
• Ensure all marketing deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards before release
• Identify bottlenecks proactively and resolve them with a solution- oriented approach
• Maintain structured documentation and reporting for all ongoing work

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-4 years of experience in project management, integrated marketing, or product management
• Experience working in cross-functional environments; agency experience is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
