About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager with a strong background in Retail, Corporate, and Medical Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, generating new leads, and executing field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities across retail, corporate, and medical sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular field visits and meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services and effectively communicate their value proposition.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports and provide updates to management.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in Retail, Corporate, and/or Medical Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of field marketing and business development.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field activities.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
