Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure it s strong presence

Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Engineering domain. B.Tech preferred.

Minimum 1-3 yr of Sales work experience required and certification preferred;

LT Panel background preferred, but not necessary.

Proficient with MS Office applications

Must demonstrate strong math, attention to details, time management and multi-tasking skills.

Self-motivated learner with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak season.

Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze customer requirements

Effective written and interpersonal communication abilities is must .
