Role Description The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote printing and book manufacturing services, with a focus on both existing and new markets. Day-to-day tasks include developing and managing campaigns, coordinating with sales and production teams, overseeing brand positioning, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity. The role involves managing digital and traditional marketing channels, preparing marketing materials, organizing client outreach initiatives, and analyzing performance metrics to improve results. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sivakasi, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and direct engagement with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, plan campaigns, and manage brand positioning.
• Experience with digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email, print collateral, and events.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, production, and management teams.
• Capability to analyze market trends, interpret data, and use insights to refine marketing activities.
• Proven organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in printing, publishing, manufacturing, or a similar B2B environment is an advantage.
• Comfort working full time on-site in Sivakasi and engaging directly with clients and vendors.
