Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Coordinate product promotions, offers, and showroom branding.
• Build relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.
• Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
• Track marketing performance and submit regular reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing (building materials, electrical, hardware, sanitary, or related industries preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
• Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.
