Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Villupuram, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen intensiveQ’s brand and support patient and stakeholder engagement.

Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing initiatives, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to highlight key services and achievements.

The role involves conducting market research, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing reports to optimize outreach efforts and resource allocation.

The Marketing Manager will also oversee marketing content creation, maintain relationships with external partners and vendors, and ensure consistent, ethical, and compliant communication across all channels.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in healthcare, hospital, or service-based industries is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in standard office and marketing software; familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical, patient-centered messaging.
