Marketing Manager- HEALTHCARE

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote hospital services and programs
• Plan and execute campaigns for patient acquisition, outreach programs, and awareness initiatives
• Coordinate with doctors, management, and operations team to align marketing activities
• Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website, and online promotions
• Organize medical camps, community outreach programs, and institutional tie-ups
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback
• Handle branding, advertising, and promotional materials
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and corporates
• Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing (Healthcare experience preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven experience in digital and field marketing
• Ability to plan and execute campaigns independently
• Good networking and relationship management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Candidate

• Age: 25 – 35 years
• Candidates with experience in hospital or healthcare marketing will be given priority

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
