Marketing Manager Faridabad (India)

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote academy courses and events. Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and cultural organizations for outreach programs. Plan and manage promotional activities including seminars, workshops, and roadshows. Coordinate with digital marketing teams for social media and online campaigns. Generate leads through innovative outreach strategies and convert them into admissions. Represent the academy at events, exhibitions, and community engagements. Prepare reports on outreach performance and suggest improvements. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3- 5 years of experience in marketing, outreach, or business development (education sector preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Passion for performing arts and creative education is a plus.
