Marketing Manager Events & Exhibitions

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 5-7 Years

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute our Events & Exhibitions strategy across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.
• Manage end-to-end event event, vendor coordination, booth setup, branding, and on-site execution.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to maximize event ROI and lead generation.
• Develop event calendars, budgets, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with agencies, exhibition organizers, and external partners.
• Track event performance, attendee engagement, and post-event reporting.

Requirements

• 510 years of experience in Events, Exhibitions, Trade Marketing, or B2B arketing.
• Proven experience managing large-scale exhibitions and industry events.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in technology, energy, industrial, electrical, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
