Job Role

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, online advertising, and website promotions.
• Manage brand positioning, corporate communications, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads, support business development, and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, events, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Analyse marketing data, customer feedback, and campaign results to improve effectiveness.
• Identify new markets, target audiences, and opportunities for business expansion.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
• Manage the company’s online presence, social media accounts, and promotional content.
• Track marketing KPIs, lead generation, conversion rates, brand reach, and return on marketing investment.
• Supervise and guide the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
