Role Summary

The Product Manager – AT IOL will be responsible for driving the growth, market penetration, and lifecycle management of Aurolab's Advanced Technology Intraocular Lens (AT IOL) portfolio. The role requires deep understanding of the cataract and refractive surgery market, customer insights, competitive landscape, and strategic product planning to achieve business objectives and strengthen market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial & Business Performance
• Own and manage the AT IOL product portfolio to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Product Strategy & Market Development
• Develop comprehensive market understanding of Premium IOLs, including Toric, Multifocal, EDOF, and other Advanced Technology IOL segments.
• Product Lifecycle Management
• Drive new product development initiatives and enhancements based on market feedback and unmet clinical needs.
• Clinical & Customer Engagement
• Build strong relationships with Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Hospitals, and Eye Care Institutions.
• Marketing & Scientific Promotion
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns focused on premium cataract surgery solutions.

Required Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Optometry, Pharmacy, or related field.
• MBA in Marketing (Preferred).

Experience

• 10–15 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Sales within the Ophthalmology industry.
