As we continue to expand, we are looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager who is passionate about driving business growth, building strategic customer relationships, and creating new market opportunities.

What You'll Do

As our Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our business and strengthening our brand presence.

Your responsibilities will include

• Developing and executing marketing and business development strategies.
• Identifying and acquiring new B2B customers across India.
• Building long-term relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
• Managing key customer accounts and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying emerging business opportunities.
• Collaborating closely with production, operations, and leadership teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Representing AC Polycoaters at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
• Supporting digital marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and brand-building activities.
• Monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and contributing to business planning.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for professionals who are commercially driven, relationship-focused, and eager to grow with a fast-growing manufacturing company.

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial products is highly preferred.
• Candidates from Synthetic Leather, PU/PVC, Footwear, Textiles, Furniture, Upholstery, Chemicals, Automotive, Polymers, or related industries will have an advantage.
