📝Role Description

• Ability to handle and oversee marketing activities across North Kerala.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills to manage, mentor, and guide a team of Marketing Executives.
• Be based at the Perinthalmanna Head Office while travelling regularly to branches across North Kerala. Willingness to travel extensively across branches and markets as required.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Operations, CRM, HR, Accounts, and other departments.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to increase lead generation and business growth.
• Strong go- getter attitude with the ability to drive marketing performance and achieve targets and organizational goals.
• Monitor marketing performance and recommend corrective action plans when needed.
• Guide and support Marketing Executives in achieving individual and team targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, institutions, and referral sources.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute awareness programs, outreach activities, camps, and promotional initiatives.
• Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities.

🎓Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Prior experience in marketing, business development, or team management preferred (Minimum 3 years preferred)
